Pants (imagine my surprise when I found out and remembered they weren't actually shorts awkdja, you can just fold it like I did in the picture or cut off the bottom if you want to make it into shorts though!)
Waist - 30inches / 75cm
Pants Width - 18inches / 45cm
Length - 42inches / 106cm
Cape (Basically free size since it's a cape you wear over the white-dress shirt! Only thing you have to take note here is the collar part since you have to Velcro it around your neck, but here are the measurements of it still)
Neck/Collar (around) - 15 to 16inches / 41cm Shoulder (from one to the other) - 48inches / 120cm Length (from the collar to the 'tail' of the cape) - 50inches / 122cm
