Sure! I currently have the picture of the costume on hand right now, but I'll measure it for you when I'm back home from work! :>

(imagine my surprise when I found out and remembered they weren't actually shorts awkdja, you can just fold it like I did in the picture or cut off the bottom if you want to make it into shorts though!)
Waist - 30inches / 75cm
Pants Width - 18inches / 45cm
Length - 42inches / 106cm
Cape
(Basically free size since it's a cape you wear over the white-dress shirt! Only thing you have to take note here is the collar part since you have to Velcro it around your neck, but here are the measurements of it still)
Neck/Collar (around) - 15 to 16inches / 41cm
Shoulder (from one to the other) - 48inches / 120cm
Length (from the collar to the 'tail' of the cape) - 50inches / 122cm

I do, I do!! ヽ(；▽；)ノ It's a shame how I never actually wore it to an event though (only worn it once last year to try, but then suddenly fell out of UT a few weeks before an event aaA, such wrong timing,,) so it's basically been hanging there in my closet for a good solid year now ;v; I can take a picture for you to see if you'd like to help with your choices!
The turtleneck is very comfy hehe ∠( ᐛ 」∠)＿ same goes for the Floral Cross shirt as well!! Super comfy too/quite cooling, and now I basically don't wear it anymore either DWAKJD
