Hey!!! I'm new to th and I was wondering - is there a place on a users profile if I can see if I'm allowed to offer on a character? I did a bit of research and I have found it is seen to be rude to offer randomly.
Yes it is rude to offer on others's characters if they aren't up for offers, the way you can know if they are up for offers is by reading the description of the character or check if they are In a UFO(Up for offers) folder.
