hi! so idk if you remember but you designed me a lil raccoon feller and i was looking to get them back but then i realsied the dude who i sent said character to now has their account closed.
would it be ok if i claim the character again with permission and if you could reupload their intial design again? ty :)
I'm going to have to give a firm no. Even if not on Toyhouse, they're still the owner of the character and may be using them even now, and additionally could come back to the site at any time. Just because a character isn't on th doesn't mean nobody owns it, even if it formerly was hosted here.
If you find them offsite/onsite under a new account and take it up with them that's fine, otherwise that's just not right. Ty for understanding :]
