For me it showed that you had permission to relist, but I still resubmitted for the permissions to allow you to resell/trade/gift so hopefully it starts working now
I just updated it to "Cannot be transfered" hopefully that works! If u wanted the permissions to be smthin different just tell me and I can change them again!
