In recent times I went to see someone with whom I had a sudden parting and then slow reconnection, and that event was brought up, which I thought I was long over, but AS SOON as it came up I started tearing up haha. I hadn't talked about my emotions in person for so long that I forgot it instantly brings me to tears. UTTERLY UNHELPFUL
