This question isn't rude at all! We chose to make this a closed species because we plan to open an arpg game centered around it, and having myos be earned by currency gives participants something fun to work towards. If there were nothing to work towards in the game, there wouldn't be a reason to participate in the game. Myos will be earned for free through various avenues, there isn't currently any plans to open the species some day. However, there is an open species planned for a later date which will be unrelated to Amoebuds and Inunerus.
oh, that sounds pretty cool actually !!! i had no idea about the arpg aspect, but that makes sense. im interested in whatever the open species is as well, but otherwise i await whatever this species has to unveil :D
