Hello! I know you’re really, really busy.. and most likely won’t see this- but I’ve had an issue for a couple months now, and admin have been no help at all concerning help desk tickets, or my constant emails and bumping of emails. And I see not many other people get help either otherwise- so I’m hoping for the best by coming to you. Please, if at all you have the time or energy, I’d like to speak to you about my issue and get it resolved, before these couple months become a couple of years :,)
