It's a big hassle, but you could deal with TH and the person who bought the design from them. TH support can be really helpful and if the person who bought the adopt love your work and wanna support you, you might be able to chat with them. Also showing the proove of chargeback and having this tread of people facing the same problem could help a lot - Don't give up we are here to support you <3
