got a chargeback of 20 for this design !! I'm gonna keep a close eye on it to get it back ;; but I don't know what to do..
make sure to dispute it with proof of transfer and explain what happened!paypal might do something if they get multiple reports

yes they do have a number! just be insistent that you wanna speak to a person bc it a bot most of the time, file a claim first then talk to a person as well
