hello! I'm currently down -$25 for the chargeback case as of this morning.
they also sent me a $70 eCheck on Feb 25th for a different design--I immediately replied that I don't accept eChecks and asked them to cancel the check, but it's still pending and will probably hit me with a second chargeback as soon as it tries to clear. I called Paypal and the representative confirmed that neither Paypal nor I can cancel or block the unwanted eCheck, which is unfortunate
I'm having the same problem with the echeck thing and it really really sucks. They didn't say anything before hand to tell me the payment would be by echeck they just sent it without saying anything and it's something I have literally never dealt with in my like 5 years of doing commissions online ~ _ ~ !!!!
