just wanted to post this here after talking to @/suit-- i somehow did some digging and got access to sheller's pending folder. if anyone would like to warn the people as they are listed on the character profiles, especially the ones involving $, please do so so they can file chargebacks if they already sent money!
aw i'm sorry ): praying the private buyer at the very least comes across the psa posts and finds you! though if the character you originally sold was for $, you may actually be able to get them transferred to you by toyhouse staff, as technically after all of this, any you sold to them ARE yours. they stole back the money and by default the ownership goes back to you!
ofc! for the ones involving usd, reach out to th staff and send proof of them paying + chargeback on each oc, the psa links, etc. it should be plenty enough atp for them to get the ocs transferred back to you! this applies to everyone impacted as well who sold them an oc and got charged back. i wish you luck hun!!
also for the one that was traded away but you sold them originally to sheller, contact the new owner, you never know, most people will feel horrible and give the oc back to the rightful owner!
