Agreed. And even if this is true it doesn't change anything. If they couldn't pay for it they shouldn't have bought it. What they need to do is start paying everyone back.
honestly I'm (just me. the others DESERVE their money) fine without the money but they better give me my design back, someone is actually interested in them and I'd rather they be in safe hands.
