Thank u smm!! I think I’m just gonna be done with the whole thing tbh and just not use Cashapp anymore😭😭But it seems disputes/chargebacks are common sadly, though I get the impression that maybe paypal has more user protection
hi sorry to jump in here, i do recommend paypal! they are a bit better when it comes to buyer protection. heavily recommend to use goods & services for further protection, never use friends and family unless yknow. with friends and family. never use it for professional sales/commissions! i typically would only recommend cashapp for friends and family transactions too, they have little to no protection on disputes/chargebacks regarding sales and commissions. had someone buy an oc from me last year and they chargebacked on paypal and never saw that $35 again, cashapp representatives basically told me tough luck :/
Yup, I was actually using paypal before this lol so it’s kinda on me. But if I ever do a transaction involving a digital item like this I think I’ll stick w/paypal! And I’m sorry that happened to you, Cashapp support isn’t too great from my experience😭
glad you'll stick to paypal tho! my case w cashapp was so absurd because apparently sheller is probably the user amen, the one who stole the $35 from me, or sheller had scammed amen in the past based on one of the psas, but either way i find it hilarious (coping) given that amen was allegedly a victim before but ended up becoming a thief themselves LMAO
Wow, if they were a scam victim and then scammed someone like…why??? I’m still doubting myself over the whole thing too. It’s so horrible what scamming does to people, especially vulnerable people and when a lot of money is involved.
Yea totally! I gave them back to the designer I originally purchased them from and the OC is off TH rn so hopefully things are settled. I don’t rlly wanna deal with the bank or anything but tysm^^💙💙 I was already used to paypal as well so I’d go back to it!
