On Twitter they're more worried about begging people to take down their posts about the situation instead of actually canceling a single chargeback :/ No one who has been affected has been able to come forward and say that their chargeback was cancelled not even the one that was $1
Hmm... Does this mean admin won't do anything unless we see them trying to conduct more business? 🤔 Or will admin do something if they don't cancel chargebacks within a certain period of time?
in a conversation with my friend, they never offered to cancel the chargeback and just said "sorry" until said friend asked directly for the cancellation. then they asked to be walked through the process step-by-step, even though it's their responsibility to figure that out, and then ghosted. it doesn't look like they've actually returned any money.

Really interesting to me how they are more concerned with posting a "psa response" then actually trying to undo the damage they've done
