I woke up to them wanting me to put the same design on HOLD for them, I am not trusting them to actually fulfill that
For reference, all my cases are still being reviewed, not cancelled, and I still have $107 indebt
I would be wary of them until your cases are closed or they've refunded you.
That's great news, although people don't have to continue buisness with you if they do not feel comfortable anymore. They have the right to fully refuse. So even if you are waiting to get designs back, there is a trust that was broken.
