ok, so go to the button that says "submit" at the top of the screen. then go to "character." then add the image you want for their profile picture, and crop it to be the size you want. then change the designer credit if it needs to be changed. (theres a box that says who the designer is) then you can put their name. theres also a text box that you can add anything to below that, but I wouldn't worry about that now.  you can also add an image, but I would just create the char for now. then click the green button at the bottom of the screen that says "submit" (i think). you might have to wait a few seconds, but then your character will be created. 

after that, click on the char and you will be taken to their page. there is a side bar on the left side of the screen, and near the bottom theres a button that says "manage images" click that and select "submit image" from the drop down. then select the file you want and add a caption. (this is for the selected char) then press submit image, and you're done! you can add as many images as you want. tell me if you have any questions!
