another thing, if its too much to ask LOL what keeps you motivated?? Idk for me I struggle so much just continuing a design and finishing it completely, but Ive seen you make a couple of batches pretty frequently?? (idk I dont keep track that often LOLL)
im honestly just autistic abt character design w a ton of time on my hands lol. i also have a schedule of a batch every friday n a raffle on wednesday n it keeps myself going even when i dont super feel it
i struggle a lot w the motivation to 'finish' designs too!! i used to (and still do) leave them pretty messy. like these ones here. they still sold though!! the trick is to find out what makes it hard for u n work around that. i haate doing clean lineart, so instead i do a clean sketch, color under n then render over. u get better at this over time too!! 6 mediocre, messy designs r better than none at all, n chances r ull end up liking at least one of those 6
