I'd recommend checking out Eggy's coding freebies! There are some other people who do HTML codes; there are often a lot floating around the Hot page on Toyhouse!
It does take a little bit of work to get it to look decent; it doesn't require a tremendous amount of coding language to edit for your profile/characters. (it is pretty necessary if you want to make codes for other people, though)
A little background knowledge: HTML can be used by anyone; you can only use CSS if you have Premium.
