I personally prefer Zutara and I think 12 is too young for aang to date, Who's your favourite character btw?
I can kinda see where you're coming from; I personally (almost) always ship the canon ships.
(the one exception was in a book called The Ancient Solitary Reign; I shipped Hunter x Alba instead of the female that he ends up with; I forget her name..)
