A familiar little sheep lavaling trots down his merry way to the strange shack he's been to a few times before. He had an odd golden rock with him this time, and knew it must be something his acquaintance "Eye" knows about. Yes, "Eye", because he had no idea what else to call the mysteriously cool stranger within the confines of the shack. But, not only did he have this odd rock he also had a Glassheart's celebration gift for Eye as well. Why would this possibly ethereal being need a gift you ask? Well, Cloud thought it'd be nice to give something to the nice stranger since they help so many astrolytes open up these strange rocks for free sometimes, and a gift of chocolate is good as well too! Who doesn't like chocolate? He drives away such thoughts as he arrived at the shack, and knocked on the old splintery wood with his little hoof before setting down the gift on the ground. " Hellooo! Eeeye! I'm here again, and I've got a weird yellow rock I need help opening. Oh- and nice gift for you too!" He squeaks out excitedly as he waits for an answer.
As Cloud speaks, there's the sound of someone shuffling over to the door on the other side, which pauses, seemingly to listen to what he is saying... Theres a short pause after he is done, before the eye slot slowly opens, the eye gazing down at him. "...A gift?" They say quietly, sounding somewhat surprised.
"Mhm!" He quickly nods and smiles up at the eyeball staring at him. " I thought it'd be nice to give you a gift for helping lytes like me open these funny rocks! And, it's Glassheart's too, so I thought something a little sweet as a gift while it's still going on would be nice to get! Um, here I'll give it to you first! " Cloud picks up the small box of chocolates with his hooves, and does his best to very carefully hold it up high while on his back legs. It was just barely high enough for "Eye" to take despite Cloud being a very small lavaling. He strains a little while balancing himself on his hind legs, but gives off a smile towards "Eye". " H-here! It's chocolates! And they come in different shapes and flavors too! I know cause I got a box for myself and gobbled them all up earlier! " He giggles a bit while his little tail wags rather happily while holding up the small box towards "Eye".
They quietly stare at Cloud as he speaks to them, seeming shocked by what was unfolding in front of them - enough to hesitate to respond for slightly too long when Cloud offered the chocolates out to them. They blink a few times, snapping themselves out of it. "Th...Thank you." They say quietly, reaching out the eye slot with one gloved hand, and taking the box from Cloud.They pause again, staring somewhere inside the shack...
They cough loudly, returning their gaze outside. "Anyway--" They return their voice to a more normal tone, although it sounds a little... off. "Your Geneode. Let me tell you how to open it..."
