To link characters let's see... you go to the character you want linked and on the left side of their profile should be something called Link. Click on that, then at the top it'll allow you to choose which character you want linked to them, then you press request link! It automatically accepts if you're requesting to your own character, but if it's another person's you have to wait for their okay
