I can definitely see PK asking her to revive a dead bird or something for her since she really does have an obsession with birds too tbh. Not only that, but she'd probably ask to collab on an expeiriment with her once they get to know each other. Like she suggests they make an undead creature that secretes poison gas or something along those lines!
Oh def, I think shed be okay rexing birds every now and then but not like, ALLOT, cause she has feelings for rats herself. (Wire thinks rats are v/ smart and also misunderstood)
I bet Livewire would love being able to use whatever corpses PK's experiments leave.
