Also she wants me to let you know she feels you on the computer issues - we've actually been restoring her old data to a new harddrive for almost a week now the data transfer is so slow hrgh. She's going to be joining once her computer isn't AFK and is currently just chilling out next to me doodling hodgeys. xux

that looks amazing! id say the overall rarity would be rare (smoke breath by the looks of it, and the spiky tail) but its approved on my end! its gorgeous <3
Jess says she's really relieved because she wanted to make one that was unique but not overpowered looking. She's really flattered you like them so much!
