I've been looking at him for nearly two months. I did previously offer on him although my characters i offered were turned down. 

I've been wanting to start a colony of "Fish Cat" people on my world Ezereth (still in the making).  I also want the colony or "tribe" to be mainly kids like Eislyan that are old enough to take care of themselves. I would also like them because I fell in love with their design and i feel like i could make them a close personal character in the world.
