Sorry to hear that you've had a lot going on, as well- finals should be over soon & hopefully then you'll have more time to yourself, whether it's spent on 3d art or not!! Keep your head up and you'll pull through >:D

You've got nothing to apologize for, it was incredibly generous of you to take on the requests, and it's okay to take your time with them (or to cancel/postpone, idk what your plan is for the other ones and it's very much not my place to decide that)!!! I'm happy w/ mine the way it is, you did an absolutely perfect job on them!!! If later down the line you're able/still willing to do the final version/render/etc then let me know & we can figure things out, but otherwise, consider this one a job well done!! ^^
It could take me a while but I'd still like to try to make something in return (as long as you're ok w/ it, I understand completely if you're not comfortable w/ strangers drawing your characters or anything similar!), just to do something nice for all the hard work you put in!!
