All of these art sharing threads are really nice and seem like a fun way to share and talk about your work..... so i'm making one :D I can talk FOREVER about art related stuff because I have a lot to say but I'll see if i can keep it brief...
As for a little introduction: my biggest interest is of course art, it takes up a large part of my brain (perhaps too much) and otherwise i like to play vidya games... I don't really have a big project i'm working on anymore and instead i like to draw little comics or illustrations of my ocs. Not quite as much commitment as the webcomic i was intending...
I hope to be some kinda illustrator or storyboard artist in the future. You can find my social media links here, i used to be pretty inactive on social media but ive been trying to upload art and be active again ^_^;; im currently in a weird art spot. The program i use is clip studio paint on my laptop :) recently ive started drawing on procreate too.

bit of an early update today.
i absolutely love drawing the male figure, its sooo fun for me. But bc of that i can’t bring myself to practice more with female bodies 😭😭😭. On a positive note my sketching has improved and i’m drawing quicker which is really nice to notice :D
posting this rn im a bit miffed that i put the little procreate color selector dot at the top left corner yet the background isn't a perfect pure white -_-;
today i show you all some chibis ive drawn lately. I cant remember the last time ive consistently drawn chibis and i’m trying to figure out a good style + proportions for em. first one is from a few days ago and the other 2 are from today :) i like how they look but i would also appreciate feedback if youve got any
today i drew….. three ximenas in a different style and a tarantula. its supposed to be a chilean rose hair but getting the coloring accurate wouldve taken too much effort and wouldve looked weird with the simplicity of the rest of it😔…. so vague brownish it is
spoilered because it has a very bright background color (and in case you dont like spiders)
experimented today. i wanna learn to do more painterly kinda stuff o_o
i think i spent more time on the second one and it rly paid off... i like how much cleaner it looks than the first
another simple little update this time. im working on bigger and new things rn (😏) so i might not have some pieces done anytime soon, and ive barely gotten much done since i last posted here 😔
even though my ocs and their story arent super fantastical or weird i have a college au for them just so they can be 100% normal human beings rather than the slightly unusual human beings they are. and also for self indulgent funsies of course. so many thoughts and ideas about these little fictional gay people
ok so i said i was working on a big thing and this isnt it but one day i thought to myself "god wouldnt it be totally fun to make a vtuber model for one of my ocs?"
so i did... 0__0
its awkward and live 2d cubism was a bit tricky to figure out at times (biggest issue i had was getting the eyes to work properly lol) but i had a ton of fun making this :]

hope everyone had/is having a good holiday season... ive not posted in forever and ive been procrastinating on a project so im gonna post some pieces i like that ive done recently....
these 2 are from last month. a very slightly late "halloween" pic (like a few hours late lmao) and a piece of ximena judging the viewer, as i love to draw her glaring. i really enjoy the aesthetic of black + white with perhaps a splash of a rly saturated color. chefs kiss 😘🤌
aaaaaand. i tried to Not draw the same 4 ocs i draw every time. and drew some i unfortunately neglect a bit. matching pieces :] it was kinda tedious cuz i spent extra effort on the lineart but i like the final products 😏i think i showed off their personalities + the juxtaposition well.
and last but not least... a server im in did an outfit swap event and heres my side of it.... dracurine's vimtri in mortimer's coronation uniform. its actually rly satisfying drawing his outfit but also very tedious so i draw it rarely. on a side note im very unaccustomed to coloring pale skin so i was like uh. is he too white? lmaooo
a "draw your oc in your mutuals styles" meme i finished just now, done in the art styles of some friends im in a server with. good LORD this was tedious (i havent drawn this much in quite a while) but i had a lot of fun :)
Your style is cute! It looks like a 'simplified' cross between Franco Belgian mid-century stuff (Tintin if you know it), and Pheonix Wright games.
The picture of Vimtri is dazzling! The details really look intricate without feeling cluttered, and the pose is just full of attitude. I'd say the skin tone is about right if the character is meant to have 'nordic' skin, always with the red undertone.
