Had to get a new 3DS yesterday because my old one had battery issues. I was able to transfer over my stuff and remembered how much I played the Mii Plaza games. So it made me think of some questions. You don't have to answer all of them.

1.) When did you first get a 3DS?
2.) Do you remember the first game you got on it? If so what is it?

1.) When did you first get a 3DS?
I don't remember the year. I know I got it as a Christmas gift I got to open a day early. It was before Pokemon X & Y came out.
2.) Do you remember the first game you got on it? If so what is it?
Since it was a gift I didn't get to choose the game. It was that Steel Divers or whatever the submarine game is called. I think the first one I got to choose was Nintendogs _ Cats.
3.) What's your favorite 3DS game?
I'm biased toward the Pokemon games. Other than that I love Ever Oasis.
4.) Did you ever get a 3DS game you ended up not liking?
Fire Emblem Awakening. Friends thought I'd like it. I also didn't like the submarine game.
5.) What kind of 3DS do you have?
My first ones were normal. I've had blue, purple, and red. Red's battery went bad and now I have a Mario and Lugia XL since that's the only one they had.
6.) Do you like to buy physical copies or virtual copies from the eshop?
Physical copies. Virtual copies take up too much space. I do like getting smaller games from the eshop though.
7.) Did you play with any of the apps that come with it? (AR Games, Face Raiders, the sound test ect)
I played with all of them back when I had my blue one. Sometimes I'll play Face Raiders. I like playing the fishing AR game the most.

I can play the Mii Plaza for hours. I like almost all the games. I like Puzzle Swap, Flower Town, Warriors Way, and Monster Manor the most.

I remember first having the original 3DS (purple), and then years later, I wanted to upgrade to a 3DS XL. So yeah, now I have the purple galaxy style 3DS XL!

I prefer physical copies if possible since I don't want to run out of space so easily. I have bought some stuff from the eShop tho

I have tested some out, yeah! I made some Miis on Mii Maker, checked my Activity Log, took a lot of photos with the Camera, and wrote some stuff in Swapnote for little bit. I also used to watch YouTube there, even tho it was prone to crashing, lmao

Whenever I got a Streetpass notification, I always went to the Plaza immediately and played the free games there, lmao. I really liked Find Mii because I really wanted to see the endgame, so I used to take my 3DS everywhere in hopes that I would get a lot of Streetpass notifications, hehe

Honestly, I kinda did, yeah, just because of curiosity. I'm pretty sure I got Ulitmate Angler, Warriors Way, and Feed Mii,,, y'know looking at all the comments in this thread, I'm genuinely surprised so many people never played any of the Streetpass games and now I feel like a nerd lmao. Maybe it's because I never ignored the green Streetpass notification on the Mii Plaza app since notifications bother me

No, I literally only had that one game. I also had a copy of Pokemon Platinum I bought from a used games store but that's a DS not a 3DS game game. Years later I ended up buying a newer 3DS and I bought Pokemon Sun and I enjoyed that game too.

The 3DS was definitely not one of my favorite consoles but it was fun! I had both a 3DS and PSP and I enjoyed both :)

4.) Did you ever get a 3DS game you ended up not liking? The Epic Mickey game. I have Epic Mickey 1 and 2 on my Wii, so I decided to get the 3DS game. Its.....not that great. I prefer the Wii games. I guess the same could be said for Globs of Doom on the DS. I bought it before the Wii version, and I just ended up not playing the DS version after getting stuck on the last part of the game (I beat the Wii version at least two times)

My favorite 3ds game rn is a more niche sort of nintendo game called Rhythm Heaven Megamix! (I highly reccommend it it's hella fun-)

Almost all my copies of games on the 3ds are physical besides Megamix (which is online-only), but nowadays i tend to lean towards buying online.

I think around 2014-ish? We were going on a trip to Hawaii and my parents wanted me to have something to do on the plane and at the airport, and I'd been bugging them about getting a 3DS for a while.

Pokemon x! I also got Mario Kart 7 and another game I can't recall right now :')

Kid Icarus Uprising for sure!! Although Animal Crossing New Leaf is a super close second!
