VanillaMouse That game sounds like a blast! I actually had an SCP world in the Interstitial system to visit and it worked out pretty well, but I've always pondered about a campaign centered around SCP.
Speaking of, here's some of my notes from that campaign, since my players already visited that world. Some of these are original, others are canonical characters or fan characters shoved into the setting. The numbers I had to make up and pray, so if they're similar to canon SCPs, there's a reason why.
SCP-5285: The Stitchwraith | Euclid | From "Into the Pit"
This anomaly is known to have the form of the Fredbear's Family Diner animatronic "Spring Bonnie", with alterations. Instead of the green eyes of the original model, it instead has blue eyes that glow.
SCP-5285 does not speak. It will attempt to instead act like a parent to those it encounters, although we suspect that it is trying to return to the ball pit where we found it (hereafter known as SCP-5285-A).
SCP-5582: Audrey III | Euclid | Based on Little Shop of Horrors.
A plant-woman whose appearance shifts to match the closest production of "Little Shop of Horrors" to her location. If there are none, she will shift into a "default" form appearing to be a young Ellen Greene.
SCP-5144: Nobody's Prize | Safe | Original, based on the remark "I'm nobody's prize" from Aladdin's Jasmine.
SCP-5144 is a golden collar that is attached to an immortal young princess known as Salma. The collar cannot be brought off of her neck unless she sincerely loves a man; however, Salma is a lesbian. It's theorized that Salma will age rapidly and die if the collar is removed.
The collar also has properties to attract men to her; straight or bi men will have to roll Push Through Stress in order to ignore the efforts of the collar, and will be immune to its effects until six months have passed without another encounter.
SCP-5254: Beneath the Masks | Original; I guess you could compare these two to the magical girls from LobotomyCorp? Namely the Queen of Hatred.
-1 The King of Sunlight
-2 The Queen of Moonlight
Radiant magical girls who hide Eldritch forms, the latter of which appears only in pitch darkness. Containment procedures require lights to be on during moonless nights to prevent this.
SCP-5234: The Self-Help Tome | Original
A large book reading “How to _______”; if a person writes a topic, the book will become a guide on that subject. Subjects cannot put down the book until reaching the end, and will often become hostile when asked or forced to do so. Basic needs become abandoned, and subjects will not even sleep until they are finished. Subjects are advised to be extremely specific when using the book outside of experimentation.
SCP-5480: The Rope of Life | Original; yeah, I'm not sure how I came up with this one.
A book that, when opened, extends a rope upwards, then makes two portals (one in the ceiling, and one in the book). After a few minutes, the rope will begin to “rise” endlessly, with cups tied to it. The cups have juice inside of them, which have been tested to contain nothing out of the ordinary; subjects commented that the juice tastes “good”, “sweet”, and “fresh”. Emptying a cup and placing a fruit in it will cause the juices brought up to become the flavor of the fruit placed inside within ten minutes.
Trying to peer into the portal in the book shows an endless void where the rope is extending from. Peering into the portal in the ceiling shows a giant human-like face staring down, even as the rope continues climbing up seemingly endlessly. Subjects who sighted the face will become extremely distraught, and will only calm down when several cups of juice from this SCP are given, despite confirmation that the juice’s properties have not changed or deviated from normal juice.
SCP-5547: Runnin' and Gunnin' | As it says: Inspired by Cuphead
A cheap plastic game system containing the game “Deadly Adventures”, which appears to be a run-and-gun boss rush adventure in the vein of “Cuphead”. When this system is picked up and played, it begins to warp its surroundings into levels from the game; in a small containment room, this will cause overlapping of “assets” until either the player is killed by suffocation, killed by crushing, or completes the game before the “assets” fill the room.
Doors being opened will instead cause these “assets” to leak out into other rooms. These “assets” can be cleaned up with a broom, and feel like plastic.
SCP-5685: A Drawn Divine | ...it's a BATIM OC of mine because haha it'd be funny.
It's literally just Soul. Ironically from Blight's universe and stolen away to the SCP world. Soul's not having a good day.
There were also a couple I was planning to do for a proper SCP campaign, but that's mostly a couple of my existing OCs and some canon characters.
