I RECENTLY WATCHED DISNEY'S TREASURE PLANET WITH MY DAD AND I FUCKING LOVE IT RAHHHHHH
I especially love John Silver, he's such a good character and I LOOOVE his design
I've always been a sucker for characters who are intimidating and start out tough at first, but soften up when they bond with another character. The scene where he hugs Jim before leaving is just HHGRHRGHRGG /pos
silver does look like he gives good hugs ngl
What I find the most intriguing about him is that he's animated using 2D animation AND CGI-- the latter being for his cybernetic parts. Though there's a noticeable difference between the two styles, they're blended so well they look perfect together.
Anyways, 10/10 movie, would recommend watching
