Since the original Unpopular Opinion Thread is locked (it turned into a shit-show reeeaaal fast) , I've gotten permission to remake it.
I've decided to use the original rules for the thread since those were gucci

Closed species are NFTs for furries. If you don't see a problem with paying hundreds of dollars so you can own an image of a fluffy thing with a spiral tail you are insane.
Oh and cat/dog furries are basic as fuck i said it. it's so overused and boring. There are so many cool species out there that you can use but furries go to the same 4-5 when making characters and it DRIVES ME UP THE WALLS (no shade to anyone who owns these characters it's just a personal thing)
Regardless Of your feelings on it, more people really need to start gatekeeping their piracy resources better bc we've been seeing some larger sites go down & I wouldn't be surprised if people dumping links to them out in the open on mainstream socials is part of that. Loose lips sink ships afterall
I'm kinda neutral towards closed species, but one thing I've noticed that I think is becoming very cliche is a certain lore trope that I see in a lot of them. Why are so many cs obsessed with the backstory involving parasites or some sort of bodily possession?
I don't really care for height differences with ships. Like I don't hate it, but somehow it's hotter to me when characters are closer in height, regardless the gender pairing.
Pulcella I mean, as a staff of a humanoid closed species that posseses people as their vessel, I get it. Mignyans is pretty much a staple in any species that features parasites/body-altering force as a main focus, so I get why there are also people who want to make a parasitic species of their own.

not trying to rat or disagree but i heard most of the time that happens its because they accidentally auth you when trying to block you (since the authorize and block buttons are super close to each other), but if it was intentional then yeah it's not fucking cool at all
