I finished the Golden Deer route as well a few days ago and now I'm done with the game for now! :D (after BL, I can't bring myself to side with Edelgard just yet... sorry BE fans). I have to say, Three Houses is definitely one of the best games I've played in general. It's probably tied with Sacred Stones as my favorite FE game!
Also, I still can't find the answer to this question so for the others here who have finished Golden Deer, can you please tell me something about Claude...
when and where do we learn that Claude is the Prince of Almyra and the son of Judith and Nader? I legit thought Judith was just the Hero of Daphnel and Nader was some Almyran general during my playthrough so I felt like a total idiot when I read that on Claude's wiki page. Did I miss something?
I'm on my NG+ did BL first and now it's GD time. After recruiting Dorothea and having her tell me after the time skip,
"We killed Ferdie, professor. "
Has made me need to recruit every character I can bc I can't live with that again. It hurt my soul.
Ahh i'm loving three houses as well!! so much so i had 300 orbs hoarded on fire emblem heroes and i used 200 to get sothis, edelgard, f!byleth and dimitri (no luck on claude, sadly!) I started with Black Eagles and that's honestly my favourite route so far because the character arcs were the most interesting. I finished Golden Deer and just started Blue Lions! This game is shaping up to be one of my favourites to be honest, I can't recall having so much fun in a long time. ^^

I did a bit of digging as this question interested me as well, and apparently the thing about Judith is entirely wrong and is just heavy theorizing that somehow got on the wiki, which is strange considering she doesn't recognize Nader on the GD route itself? However, Nader is heavily implied to be Claude's father through his supports about his parents and other characters like Cyril. Furthermore, a battle in the Black Eagle Route supposedly implies Nader is the King of Almyra if you bring Edelgard to fight him, as she's heard rumours that the king fights on the front lines and he confirms it somewhat cockily. This also probably explains why in endgame, Claude becomes the Almyran King, because it seems a bit strange for him to jump to that without any further development on the matter? So yeah, that's what I found. I hope that helps! ;u;

Considering I s-supported him in my GD run, I was honestly wondering the entire time why I knew nothing about his family OTL. I knew he had royal ties to Almyra because of the ending, and I guessed he was from Almyra based on how he acted during the story, but I legit thought they were as he said - minor royal ties, not literally being the son of the king asdxjsdxzv-
Also I legit thought Judith and Nader just killed him "boy" and "kiddo" cause they knew him when he was younger, nOT BECAUSE HE WAS THEIR SON OTL OTL OTL
So I'm guessing there's still nothing to confirm Judith is his mother (besides hearsay from whoever edited the wiki), and I agree. I thought it was weird she didn't seem to know Nader in the GD route, but... ig she could have been faking it?? idk lol. But thanks so much for telling me about the Nader thing! If I ever do a BE run I'm definitely going to hunt for that conversation you mentioned.

i unlocked his s-support too when i did my Golden Deer run and i was also very confused! especially since earlier in the story, when Lorenz kind of angrily asked why Claude had ties with the Almyrans, I expected it to be brought up later or at least touched on in the s-support, and then it never was. I similarly thought there was something I had missed as well as soon as I took a peek at the wiki.
and yeah I felt the same when it came to Judith! it very much came off as friendly teasing to me so i was like does this really necessitate?? a familial connection?? hmm.
