batsunsetz I'M FINE WITH PINGS DW!!!! yeah same. i have an irl friend who was pretty much into all dune (he has ALL THE BOOKS...omfg) and pressured me into reading the books for years and years. then dune 2 dropped and he tells me of watching the two movies...(first one in his house and second one in cinema) WOW. i may be a newgen/newbie into all this dune stuff but these movies were AMAZING. LIKE I'M MORE OF AN ANIMATION GUY but dune was beautiful, interesting, and the story felt so alive and full of lore it made me explode in the cinema. it was just so good. idk if i'm gonna be able to read the books bc i'm a slow reader...but dune won't be missed! just...i need time HELP

IT SOUNDS SO GOOD, FUCK-- when i heard the preview, i thought it sounded pretty nice, but when compared to kuwana's bgm, i found matsui's bgm a bit underwhelming(?), but i really, really, really like how the full version sounds!! it sounds so epic, and omg i love the kind of vampiric(?) vibes it evokes from me at some points, esp since i heavily associate matsui with blood (idk anything about the actual sword/ its history or its owners/ owners' history; i'm just going off of the character's voice lines)
i seriously love how epic but also elegant it sounds????? but also the way it gets really powerful at points??? it sounds so fitting for how i imagine him as a character and just me imagining him battling with this music playing in the background has me so fucking hyped, like, imagining him smoothly sheathing his sword at the very end and just-- *deep inhale* you know how people imagine cool and epic fight scenes with their ocs? that's me right now with matsui and this bgm
