Ok, to make sure everything runs smoothly, here are some rules!
- Please don't fuss over what you get. They give it for free
- Please make sure to give the art or char within a max of 14 days for art and 3 days for char!
- Don't be rude when replying to someone's message ;v;
- Don't message anyone not participating or with their lights off!
- Be kind and don't give bad stuff when it comes to handing out treats! I wouldn't like it if I got a handful of melted gummy worms when trick or treating, I would prefer an actual package ;v;
