Introduction
The world of Kogranar is a very peculiar region where mystery dungeons have been transforming a lot of its beloved habitats into havens for dangerous & malicious Pokémon with only the desire of destruction. You find yourself (whether you are a human-turned Pokémon or not) in this new region where you will find out the myths & legends behind Kogranar, as well as the reasons those mystery dungeons have been replacing this land slowly. Despite this, those who have not lost themselves to the dungeons still live a fairly peaceful life.

Hello everyone! You might have seen me around in the Pokémon ARPG scene for a little while. Pokémon has been a hyperfixation for so long and I've always wanted to make an ARPG and a community around something a lot of us can enjoy. This is where I bring Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Destruction Call, which is an ARPG that gives a hommage to the older PMD games (mostly the Rescue Team & Explorers games). This is a highly story-focused ARPG which puts emphasis on character building & story development rather than character designing, which is why the trait system is on the simpler side.
This ARPG will be mainly hosted on Toyhouse, with inventories & certain information being on Google Sites.
A Discord server will also be available on release.
Features
Only some of the features will be shared, others will be included as time goes on!
- A story mode, which allows you to learn more about the region of Kogranar as well as the different NPCs that help with the different mechanisms of the ARPG.
- The ability to pick your starter & partner (non-Legendary, Mythical, Ultra Beast) with select traits (excluding Mythical/Godly/Chimera).
- A dungeon system: The art/writing requirements are given to you in the form of amount of floors. There is also a chance of spawning Kecleon Shops for extra items & Monster Houses for extra levels. You will also be allowed to recruit a certain amount of Pokémon amongst a list if desired. Example of requirements.
- A recruiting system: You can also send out empty applications around Kogranar to get more Pokémon to join your team(s).
- A weekly Questboard, which also features the opportunity to include your own teams to be rescued in the form of Friend Rescues. There are also possibilities of having cross-ARPG quests in the form of a collab if desired.
- A team rank system: Similarly to the Explorers game, completing certain amounts of dungeons & quests allows you to rank up. The higher the rank, the better your weekly check-in rewards will be.
- Weekly check-in: For those who want the consistency, a weekly check-in system is offered for rewards.
- 10 free imports on your first week in the ARPG: One of them can be a Legendary/Mythical/UB and another one can be a beta/glitch Pokémon. After that first week, you can still import with items acquired through dungeons or/and through the shop.
- Challenging dungeons (think Zero Isle with the 99 floors) & quests for those who want to surpass themselves! Of course, not mandatory to do!

Hello everyone! I genuinely appreciate all the interest for the ARPG so much and I'm genuinely very excited to show the group to the public since everyone in the beta seem to enjoy it a lot so far and that we've been working hard to fix & smoothen everyting that we need for the launch.
At first, we were going to launch on August 1st, however since Art Fight ends that day, we decided to move it to the 8th so that everyone can recover. This also gives us the time to finish up the remaining things we want to add for the launch.
Currently the world can be viewed by the public, however join requests are closed to anyone who isn't in the beta. I hope that it gives you an idea of what to expect from the world! It's public so that you can plan your starters in advance and perhaps work on what you'd like to bring to the ARPG as well. The Discord Server will be open to the public on the 8th as well, so please look forward to that.
