I got bored and decided, why not start something like this up. So for this, you can either gift a character or do art, but please make sure you mention which one you do. If you do not do either of these, you will not be allowed to recieve any back. I think that is fair.
You will receive a random character if you get gifted one
What happens if you get a character you don't like? You can pass it around or give it to someone who takes freebs and fixes them up.
