The Express Orphanage is responsible for giving a new home to ocs who were no longer wanted by their previous owners. From world to world, the train travels quickly, delivering characters to homes where they will be loved and cared for.

What is the Express Orphanage? How does it work?
Express Orphanage is a project that focuses on giving unwanted ocs a good new home. We have over 500 ocs up for adoption, patiently waiting for someone to adopt them!
To keep the project running, we have a policy regarding adoptions. You can only adopt 1 oc if you have 1 Train Ticket, which can be obtained by donating ocs to the project. Each oc donated is equivalent to 1 ticket, and 1 ticket is used whenever you adopt 1 oc. You can send us any oc you don't want anymore and adopt new ones with the tickets!

Rules regarding the process
- Dollmaker/AI ocs are not going to be accepted into the shelter to avoid what we call by "ticket gathering".
Ocs created with little effort (bases filled with few colours, doodled characters without too many particularities) are not welcome, even more so if presented in large numbers: this will help us avoid the "ticket gathering" phenomenon. - Be patient, we are a small team and we are dealing with many ocs at the same time!
- If you have any complaints or questions, please don't hesitate to send a dm to ExpressOrphanage for us to give you assistance.
- Reasons for adoption must contain: 2 sentences or more, and 1 clear reason about the use of the oc. Example of adoption reason that will be skipped: "I always wanted a wolf oc!". Example of adoption reason that will be accepted: "I love their design! I will use them for my story called [name], and they'll be friends to another oc of mine called [name]". You don't need to write a Bible, simply let us know about what you'll use the oc for! Write two sentences with one clear reason for each character that you desire to adopt.

How can I send/donate an oc?
To send one or more ocs, comment the form below here in the forum post you're reading, then transfer the oc(s) to ExpressOrphanage with a note saying "For Express Orphanage". Please keep in mind: OCS SENT WITHOUT A NOTE ARE GOING TO BE REJECTED TO KEEP THINGS ORGANIZED.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT TO BE ACCEPTED.

Reasons:
1- I love this one, her design really makes me think of planets in space. She would be just as fascinating and interesting. Always willing to keep other on their toes. Never let them know your next move right? She carries a lot of secrets with her from her past but keeps all of that buried deep down.
2- her design is so neat! I would redraw her in a feral form and write her a nice story so she can fit alongside the members of The Pack. I'm building a nice little family for myself to enjoy and she would go along so nicely! She'd she as sweet as the syrup she's designed after and as clingy as syrup is sticky. She gets attached quite easily.
3- wow 😍 this design? Amazing! I love them. They can be easily annoyed and ready snark at anyone who gets on his nerves. He hates liars with a passion. He doesn't stay in one place for too long loving the feeling of exploring freely without being held down to one spot. He lives on a nocturnal schedule and only travels and hunts at night

so I'm back with a whole new group I need character for and you guys have so many amazing ones that would fit perfect.
they're going to be written for the group
1- Maple was shy at first, scared to go out in front of all of those animals who would just be staring at her. Terrified of what they would do. But she doesn't have to be afraid here. Because they love her! And all of her new friends she works with do too.
2- Leon found he has a love and talent for the trapeze and with his wings he never has to worrry about falling. If he concentrates enough he's able to chance the style of his wings to fit whatever he's doing.
3- wyrm possessed ability to be able to move how they're please. Billowing in the wind, dancing beautifully and in a way that has brought some tears. All of them routines tell a story of their own. The young's ones just love them from how they love they way they looks and how soft they are
Maple and Leon were not what you called normal. Actually they were more what you would call freaks of nature as will. Both having their own very obvious physical differences from those in their own kind. Which has led to lots of ridicule through their lives. Until they were found by Mira who runs and owns a traveling performance show. Offering them Both a place in the show and in their found family.

Reason and use: I want to adopt them both for the same story which is set in a world inhabited by a range of dragons, the most powerful of these being overseers.
1) Peachi would likely be the first character to be of the fire element, and the child of the overseer of the sun. Due to this they'd assume they were more powerful than most but also be often challenged by others who wish to compete for their parents power. Or they might actually be the overseer of the sun but younger than the majority of overseers.
2)Levaria would be either part of the air element (often found in the North around the northern lights as it matches their colour) or the water element. Or even a hybrid whos been misleaded (or intentionally) works under the overseer, Lotus.
