Your images are probably too big
Hi! I'm 8 days trying to upload images, upload avatars or create characters.
When I click in upload or create character the page refresh and nothing happen. I thought it was a problem with my browser(chrome), I changed the browser(firefox) and finally I created a character, I tried again and after 3 more characters it stopped, I thought "cookies and caches maybe?" and I deleted all the cookies and caches, after that, the same refresh page. I came back to chrome and I created one more character but I cant upload images, I come back to firefox and I upload one single image before it stopped, so, I tried my mobile using Chrome and Mi browser and the same thing: uploaded one or two images and stopped again.
I`m 8 days trying and I don`t know what's happening... can someone help me?

- Device: PC and android mobile
- Time: 8 days now

but I can upload the images after many attempts or when I try to upload on mobile... I don't think is the size
is a bit random and I've tried with different images already in different sizes :/
I use TH for maaaany years and is the first time something like this happen to me
The site don't show any kind of error, just refresh the page, nothing more
And how I said before, I'm having the same issue when I try to create a new character (even without any image)

Hey the same thing is happening to me now, did you find a way to fix it? In the name of jesus, this is has been happening for over a month and i couldn't find any help
My friend is brand new and having exactly the same problem, 5 uploads on her first character went fine and now she can't upload anything? Is this a bug?
this exact same thing is happening to me right now, i’m trying to upload an image for my character but the same thing is happening
