I back my images up anyway so it's no big deal other than it is pretty annoying to reupload. but man big +1. The number of times this happened to me.. I stopped counting. I also misclicked a few times because my brain went offline. wanted to add the image to another character instead of deleting it.

I was shocked to not see this in the current to-do list, especially with how valuable this would be!
Today I (intentionally) deleted an image from a character's gallery, but to my shock there was NO confirmation prompt asking "are you sure?" And I would be devastated if this happened on art I wanted to keep!
The way to delete the image is a little trash can icon right beside a link to that character's profile, or a HUGE link right under "set as avatar". It would be way too easy to accidentally hit either button while trying to click on the character's name, the artist's name, trying to set an avatar, or not even trying to click anything at all. I accidentally click on links just by fidgeting or when I had a dog that would bite my elbow to signal I needed to take her out. Misclicks happen, and having it right by a link that would return you to the character's gallery is anxiety-inducing.
Back up your images until this is implemented. Especially if the only copy of that art exists on toyhou.se.

+1 This seems like a huge quality of life thing. Somewhat unrelated, how exactly do you delete images?
bulgariansumo an image is deleted if you remove the character from it ( if there are multiple characters linked it will only be fully gone when all are removed) you click on the image in the characters gallery & press the red bin icon
A few years ago I accidentally did this while trying to edit a characters reference image! Luckily I had it saved elsewhere as well and could easily just repost it, but I can see this causing trouble for people who may have just gotten a character in a resale and haven't had the chance to back images up yet 💔 so I do agree it should be s feature, +1

There's also another delete image option under 'Set as Avatar'. I tested it out and even that one doesn't ask if you're sure. I never noticed that.
Big +1. I've accidentally deleted images while moving images to a character's subgallery at least twice, and one time I didn't have a spare saved.... Embarrassing.
+1, i did this once and luckily i had the image in a message but it was very inconvenient to have to find it again!

I literally just accidentally deleted an image off a new character I got while trying to set the image as the profile photo, and I had not saved the images to my computer yet :(
