[suggestion] built-in gif blocker/freezer

I’ve seen a lot of characters with gifs as profiles in the last year which distracts me a lot. My suggestion would be a toyhouse setting that freezes or blocks gifs, specifically for character avatars. While extensions of that sort do exist, there are certain browsers that don’t use extensions as far as I know (like Safari), so having a built-in option for toyhouse would be very useful.

Edit: I found a setting that allows you to block gifs in general for iOS users: accessibility -> motion -> disable ‘Auto-Play Animated Images’ - This probably blocks every gif on every website though, which might not be ideal

+1, I don't have epilepsy but my profile does contain some moving/flashing images (warned, of course) so I feel like this could help a lot with those who need it

+1. As the user above me said, it would definitely help against all the epilepsy inducing code on this site, and I also share the feeling of being distracted whenever there’s a gif on a character’s profile or something.

+1 i use gifs but i still think it should be a thing

+1 - would be good for accessibility and attention as well as with lower-end devices [could help with lag]

+1, would be a huge accessibility help (even though i do personally enjoy using gifs)
