when I logged in today I noticed that my profile and character were default again, so I decided to go and buy another premium membership, but once I "paid" everything an error message appeared. I tried again and still had an error, checked my PayPal and no transaction was made.
update: I just got it to work after trying a couple of other times around the day! I don't know if the admins did something to fix it or it was just the site needing some rest but i wanted to update on that <3
