I reported someone on here for scamming me out of a character in hopes of them being returned to me, and I haven't gotten a response in 10 days- even though I tried updating the ticket thread 3 days ago in an attempt to bump it. How long should I wait before trying again-? I know character theft is supposed to be a priority to them so I'm freaking out a bit.

did you ever get a reply? i just submitted a report on a scammer and i’ve seen people in this thread waiting for as long as a year with no reply
Cawzone nah I never got a response, luckily the offending user eventually responded and gave my character back though
Cawzone Yea, I hope yours gets sorted out too, I wouldn't count on much help from staff. Most users probably agree too

ive noticed that after reading this thread and a few others :/ i hope they get it together a bit this sucks
Cawzone I really hope too, if that user hadn't finally responded I would've gone a good 4 months without my character while they did god knows what with them

My friend submitted a ticket about a stolen character a couple days ago and got a reply the next day, it shouldn't take this long ?
As for me, I sent around 7 emails in the span of 5 months regarding a banned account and I still haven't gotten a reply ;A;
