byi / dni suggestions

i... am putting it in my bio, not my profile warnings. my profile warnings i plan on having list the themes my characters may have in them. i dunno where that got brought up nor am i petty enough to put drama dnis in my list lol like i know you mean well but i've been trying to say the block thing this entire time and explain what my intention is with it. i didn't ask for dismissive opinions about the idea . i asked for good baselines for it . 

i also said i would be fine blocking ppl and didn't ever say i needed a reason to. i just want that dni in my profile bio to specify what i do not want near me. if ppl don't listen to it that's on them bc i'm not afraid to block or ignore ppl or w/e . idc if it works or not the point is that it's there and it'll ward ppl off if they feel threatened. or they can come be mad about the dni and i can block them. i want a firm boundary placed on my profile bc my profile is personal. nothing that has been said here against it has changed my mind bc it does not apply to me or my intentions, all i asked for was a baseline and (eventually) i got it

You mentioned you don't want fans of some media to interact, so you can put something along the lines of "fans of xyz dni". Lots of people do it for stuff like dsmp and helluva boss/ hazbin hotel already, it's not something you have to tiptoe around. Same with certain beliefs. Won't stop trolls but there's not many of those here anyways, toyhouse users tend to keep to themselves for the most part.

^ As mentioned above, I think specific media is a good idea! As someone with a few fandoms that people prefer not to interact with, it's helpful to know if I, say, shouldn't claim someone on an art game thread because they don't like interacting with something that's on my profile. Def probably attracts trolls, but if you want a DNI, then have one!! I don't see why people keep arguing with you when you never asked if you SHOULD have a DNI or not, especially when it's already been brought up
