if you comment on a character profile then delete it, yes the owner will still get a notification of the comment and what it said on it (if and only if they have notifs on for character comments tho)
Hey there! does anyone know if you delete a comment on a character profile and then delete it, does the person who owns the character still see that you commented?
For comments on profile, characters or bulletin yes, or at least it used to last time I checked? Someone once commented on my profile because I blocked their main account, I could see the entire comment in my notification but when I tried to reply to it It gave me an error because the user had since deleted and blocked me back.
Comments on threads are different tho. The thread owner will get the "Person commented on your thread" notification but wont see the full comment like you could for bulletins and such.
