There are several kinds of different species in Genesis.

Magic Users

There are three types of magic users in the world of Genesis. Some of them have sub-classes!

Witch

Witches are the only magic users that have to use a wand to control their magic. They are also the only ones that can be born mundane—human—and learn magic, however, the magical ability must be there to become a witch.

Witches live in covens, normally family covens but can also be a coven made up of different family groups. Covens most commonly have a Coven House that the majority—if not all—the members of the coven live in the Coven House.

Witches can sub-class into the following:
Necromancer
Hedge Witch

Sorcerer

Sorcerers are magic users whos magic comes from within themselves. This tends to make them explosive and have difficulty controlling their abilities.

Along with their explosive magic, they have explosive personalities. Due to their personalities, they have trouble getting along with people, though this does not always make them angry and mean, just uncomfortable. Because of this Sorcerers live alone and typically away from anyone else. *This is not a negotiable thing.

Mage

Mages are magic users who don't need to use wands unlike witches. Their magic is natural as well as able to be learned, however, mundane cannot become mages.

Unlike witches, mages do not live in covens and much like sorcerers, live alone. They can, however, live in groups and don't mind it.

Mages can sub-class into the following:
Necromancer
Hedge Mage
Blood Mage

Creatures

There are several types of creatures. This list will be updated in time.

Vampire

Vampires are pale skinned, red eyes beings that must drink blood to sustain themselves. They cannot eat human food, however, there are different types of foods specialised for them. The only colour eyes a vampire can have is red unless they are part of the Renaud family, who are not playable by any means.

Genesis vampires cannot go out into the sun as they will burn to death. They can, however, turn into a bat, though their voices are higher pitched. Vampires can also levitate. Both the abilities are determined on how old the vampire is, young vampires can do neither.

Werecreatures

Werewolves are not the only werecreatures in the world of Genesis though they are the most common. Werecreatures can be killed by silver, same as vampires.

While they don't always lose themselves during a full moon they can get more rambunctious, agitated and restless. Feral werecreatures have less control over this but you don't have to worry about that, feral werecreatures will not be accepted.

Demons

There are seven types of demons, each one is listed below.
There are five ranks of demons, however, only the basic demon rank is accepted.
Vices (the 7 Lords of Sin)
Nobles
Archdemons
Demons
Risen

Basic demons only have a single set of small horns on their foreheads. All demons can be recognized by their black sclera. A demon's eye colour is determined by their sins. When a demon is glamoured in their human glamours or in a human body (possession) they will have normal eyes.

Lust Demons

Lust demons are one of the most common types of demons. They feed off of life essence which can be defined as blood and semen. Lust demons do have the ability to harvest souls and will do so when contracted but they are not necessary for them to survive.

Basic ranked Lust demons can only change their features, usually hair colour, eye colour, body type, things like that. And they can't replicate another person perfectly. Higher ranking demons like archdemons and nobles can change gender. And only the vice (the Lord of lust) can perfectly duplicate another person and change their entire shape.

The colour of Lust is red
The Lord of Lust is Sanquine.

Sloth Demons

Sloth demons are characterized by their lack of empathy. They feed on emotions and can render their targets emotionless and apathetic which can drive their victims to suicide making it easier to harvest the soul.

The colour of Sloth is Light Blue
The Lord of Sloth is Periwinkle.

Envy Demons

Envy demons can transfer the talents and abilities of others to those they make contracts with. Envy demons don't tend to get along with other types of demons.

The colour of Envy is Green
The Lord of Envy is Gelmiris.

Gluttony Demons

Gluttony demons are able to multiply objects and money, baiting humans by offering things in excess.

The colour of Gluttony is Pink
The Lord of Gluttony is Fuschia.

Greed Demons

Greed demons are characterized by their want of things. They fill their victims with greed causing them to want for all the things they don't have. The victims often kill themselves in pursuit of these things or go mad for the want of them.

The colour of Greed is Yellow
The Lord of Greed is Ravi.

Wrath Demons

Wrath demons are characterized by their anger. They fill their victims with rage and wrath, causing them to cause chaos and inflict harm to those around them.

The colour of Wrath is Orange
The Lord of Wrath is Vatra.

Pride Demons

Pride demons feed off of their victims' hubris. As they do so they cause the victim to drive off the people around them before devouring their soul.

The colour of Pride is Purple
The Lord of Pride is Velveteen.
