Hello!
I love to use codes on my characters profiles so now I want to show you guys, I hope this tutorial helps :) ~ So you can find a lot of free to use codes in Forums/Creative/HTML/CSS & graphics, or yoy can go to the dashboard on top of your screen, hover over Browse > Browse > then put in tags "code" or "f2ucode" and you can find some good codes.
Step 1.
Get to the code you want and click the button that says ‘Code’ and then it will send you to a site called pastebin or google docs.
Step 2.
Copy the code (ctrl c), go to your character, and click the button that says ‘Disable WYSIWYG’.
Step 3.
Paste the code (ctrl v) into the characters profile thing and then click ‘update charcter.'
Step 4.
Go back to the ‘edit character profile’ and fill it in. if the code is WYSIWYG friendly, you can click ‘enable WYSIWYG’ (I'm a very visual person so doing it without WYSIWYG is a bit hard ;w;) if its not, make sure to keep it off. it will get easier to use codes without WYSIWYG if you do it alot!
Or just click on your character's Profile tab and you can view the code from there.
Done!
Re-enabling WYSIWYG can lead to bugs in some codes!!! Please do not do that unless whoever made the code has specified it is WYSIWYG-safe!!!!
This will be very helpful! Ever since I saw the user Louixie do this for her OC, Crowsong's, character profile I wanted to do this to a few of mine ^^ -- I haven't explored these codes yet so I'll likely update on if I used any ^^
