I know this is a very niche concept, but I kinda wanna see all the characters here that are essentially Bill Cipher-esque, with a particular combination of villainy/chaos and style.
Extra points if your characters have a dapper style.
Santiago isn't fully evil but has a big morbid curiosity mad scientist streak, their friend Phezyl is more of the evil one when it comes to how far they will go for experiments though. Also they are a huge fashionista.Â
Still gotta work on vamps profile more but their gallery has some outfits. Santiago and his wife both know how to make outfits and love going crazy with it, so despite living in a more fantasy setting some of their outfits look more "modern" than everyone around them
