He is a caregiver/domestic servant that was genetically engineered to perform this type of job. Because of this, he is always a bit timid, reserved, and well, caring.
Fortunately, he was hired by a fair family and they treated him reasonably well. On the other end, maybe it was his engineered personality, or maybe it was true loyalty - he REALLY does feel connected to his masters and would fulfill their wishes to the end.

Cyan (teal) bloods are usually sold into slavery to become musicians for highblood events and gatherings. Before Seshii became a lesbian. She used to date a guy named Malwak, who turned out to be a slave capturer / trader. He kidnapped her one night and sold her into slavery for a human equivalent of $60,000. She now works as a violinist for her master, Somzai, who’s a major asshole to her. She does eventually get freed but we’re not at that part of the story right now.
Lyse was born into servitude of the household she works for. She was set to be a simple household servant (kitchen and cleaning duties), but through apprenticeship, became the assistant to the household's physician, and learned to tend wounds, treat illness and brew medicine...along with a whole host of other skills she can't really talk about because of noble secrets. <_<
He's a butler/bodyguard (not that they need guarding)! His employer is his childhood friend though they're separated by social hierarchy a bit because the employer is a deity.(kinda)

This guy is Vessel, or Ves for short. He doesn't have a name. He doesn't know if he's had one before nor does he care in particular. Basically, he made a deal with a demon, and in exchange the demon took his memories and years and years of servitude in lieu of a soul. He became a blank slate with his prior skills, a ready servant with his loyalty to no one but this demon who'd done something for him, even if he didn't remember anymore. After all, if Ves was willing to sacrifice everything he had for it, it really must be important, wasn't it?
Jasper is paid, although not as much as he hoped, to be a servant for a wicked tyrant. Mostly cleans, cooks, tortures people his king captures and tends to the King's needs often.

Enudiz was biologically developed as a 'living weapon' by the human imperialist army to enforce their rule over their empire. However, Enudiz being smarter than the rest of his drone brethren hijacked a ship and crashlanded it on a planet within the furthest reaches of the empire.
There, they flourish and grow into a constantly expanding race of biodivergent imps turned into a band of space pirates and mercernaries, with Enudiz at the helm. However, after mistaking Crystalion's dark crystal as a weapon, the imps were inadvertedly subverted into their new master's reign. Enudiz was favourited by Tenebris for his tenorcity and ability to sidewind both in and out of trouble and uses him as a pawn to harrass his enemies. When outside of war, Enudiz serves as Crystalion's left hand man, often catering to the elderly dark lord's establishment.
Sometimes, the Imp falls out of line and Crystalion would often maim or even 'kill' him but, thanks to the regenerative capabilities of Tenebris' crystal, he always comes back again.
