joaquin is my gentle giant pacifist boy!! he'd rather solve problems with critical thinking instead of reacting with his fists. he's also got a small child so he wants to teach her that violence is never the answer. also he's tall... like have you seen those videos of a great dane dealing with something really tiny like a kitten?? yeah that's joaquin

for those wondering the definition of pacifist is "someone who opposes war or violence as a means of settling disputes" according to merriam-webster!!!

Pacifist, that's him. He always tries to keep things positive and wants to stray away from any negativity. He'd be one of those cartoon characters that solves all his problems through singing instead of fighting.
the gentle guardian... while Merlin knows physical disputes happen, they prefer to help instead of harm :)

Meet Julien! He is a soft and peaceful painter and aspiring chef in 18th century France. He usually tries to avoid fights and is often soft-spoken but still stands firm on his own <3
Mendel is too meek and soft hearted. He tends to avoid conflict despite his magic causing most of the problems accidentally. Although he is a bit of a coward in the face of danger.

Here is a powerful 6'10" tall supernatural yet so tender, have enough abilities for people to be feared of but Reinherz is like, nah, i gonna made some pot pie for my children. They might sometimes can not avoid fights but I'm sure to say Reinherz never have intention to hurt anyone or anything without a suitable reason.
I'm not sure if Maddiie counted, but he tend to use his power to protect his small one and family than, uhm, other things.
Most of my characters are goody-two-shoes - they reflect me in that way - but Basil is the one who I thought of first. He's also the most mentally healthy and well-adjusted of all my characters, so that may be part of it.
