Is there variation amongst the loot? Are they a boss character that drops rare loot, or a mob character that drops common loot? Let me know!
I'll go first – Lucid would drop black teeth (common) and sometimes those big yellow smiley face stickers (uncommon).

Rare:Guns.A lot more than you think a person can humanly carry at once

1.) Ruther is the one looting all these bodies 1000% (he's a graverobber HELP LMAOOO)
2.) He'd drop every single item everyone else here has dropped if you find him dead after the act
3.) If it's before, he's 100% dropping a shiny coin(commin), his glasses(common), a bunch of cookies from any local bakery(uncommon), or a retraining order against "all people taller than (him)"(rare)
A marigold (common), probably a scalpel (uncommon), a bouquet arrangement (rare), and a scary doll (rare)
As an Flowershop Owner he would drop a bunch of flower seeds, a small shovel and basically some gloves. And it would be all common stuff - isn't worth much when you try to sell it lmao.
